i just bought the game. upon install when i try to hit play the game crashes. it says my graphics drivers are not up to date. after checking my drivers are up to date. i even ran the optional updates. the game still crashes. i am running windows 10 with intel hd 4600. it is all up to date. so any ideas?

Sadly the Intel HD 4600 is not a supported iGPU to run the game, you can find our system requirements located Here. I have seen some newer iGPUS users report they could run the game with updated drivers but that wouldn’t help here given this iGPU is much older. If this is a desktop you may get away with adding a GPU if the rest of the system is supported. If not you may consider playing on a console or playing later on a future PC that supports the game.
If you have not been able to play at all and don’t think you can take the major steps above to fix this you may consider a refund Here.
