I was underwhelmed as well. Both fire and windy druids are usable, but mediocre (C tier?).
I’d suggest that the synergies be cleaned up to identify clear groupings of skill that you could use (or not use) together for around 40-60 points rather than forcing any halfway decent fire druid to invest everything in the same 5 skills that cross-share synergies.
