while not related to ptr i have some suggestions to give
reduce mana cost of the following skills
Multishot(reduce by 40%)
War Cry(reduce by 50%)(lvl 30 skill in the Warcries tree)
Whirlwind(reduce by 20%)
skills timers extension
Venom(500 sec at lvl 20)…up from 196 sec
Bladed Shield(400 sec at lvl 20)…up from 115 secs
Burst of Speed(600 sec at lvl 20)…up from 348 secs
Fade(600 sec at lvl 20)…up from 348 secs
radius
Decripy: from 4 yard to 6 yards…4 is rather very small :S
skill with issue hitting
Dragon Tail: sometime it just hit the air instead of damaging mobs :S…very least i had that impression vs mobs that were point blank in range

for 2.4 patch
please reconsider forcing us to do all the A3 flail parts collecting…we already seen it millions time(dont forget that it is a 20 years old game) …it will make rushing ppl a lot more tedious…or even if for self its much more painful when you just wanna skip trough what you already seen
