Pretty much have the same issue as Grim above me. Was able to play until 1pm Eastern Time now cannot access any characters online, if I create a new character it creates a black screen and soft locks my computer and I have to force quit.

I can’t play with my necromancer because he says:

I can’t create a new one either because the screen goes black.
I’ve been waiting for about 10 hours
