Honestly, it makes no sens that some can play and others can’t. We paid for this game and we can’t even play it. You need to fix this. It says my charactter is already in a game. Please fix this. It’s been 4 hours…i can’t play since 1pm eastern time… non sens

Same problem here, i am now about 7 hours without playing, and everytime i try to create or enter a game the “FAILED TO ENTER…” apears… much disapointed with blizzard.
Wont buy more stuff from this guys. =/
