ISSUE has been fixed but with a loss of progress and levels. I ended up joining Europe.'s battle net, logged in a character there and logged out. I was able to log back in on US Battle.net.

happened 3 hours ago.
Was in game with another person who also has the same issue.
Getting seriously irritated at the issues. we both had a crash at one point during the game but was able to rejoin before we both tried to leave.

2 pm EST and both the character I was using and my other chars are locked out for about 4 hours ow.

Bump , Still an issue
In the Future; Blizzard, please refrain from doing maintenance/ updates on weekends and hours that people are normally home. That was just a poor decision on whoever idea this was
