It has been over 10+ hours since I was able to play…
same issue although i could play till now, just started getting this error, for half an hour now. but i see others having it for 10+ hours, so it would be nice if someone could reply that are you working on it or what. Appereantly nobody’s getting a fix but like me i assume, more and more players getting their character broken.

Character allready logged in.
i logged in played for 20 minutes had a break for RL reasons got rolled back and now i cant log in

Sorry but it would be nice if the Devs made stickies of the current BIG issues and provided updates here in the bug section instead of having us check multiple areas and social media platforms.
This is why people feel that the communication is poor… im just gonna flat out say it… stickies on the current major issues would solve it and arent even hard to do or maintain.
You want us to follow all your social media though… kinda rotten…

Had it yesterday at the very beginning, was stuck for 4.5+ hours.
Now I got it again a bit less than an hour ago, who knows how long it takes to restart the server since games aren’t auto-closing anymore.
None of my hardcore characters can enter games yet if I try to create a softcore char it plays just fine. So it’s not even a character issue, it gets all of your chars on the same “realm” (softcore/hardcore) stuck.
Been 11 hours now, please fix.

This is insane, people had this issue for almost 24hrs … and still not fixed…
and its unfair because theres people playing and lvling and etc… !!

Can you fake developers please reboot the gameservers already and force disconnect everyone so we can play the game.

same here, I can play 2-3 hours and then I get this message

Same issue. Cannot log in on my main character or on an alt.
You would think after some people have had this issues for 12+hrs they would have rebooted all the gameservers and force disconnected everyone to resolve it temporarily.
Same issue on EU serv.
