Delete your characters Then there isnt A CHARACTER in the game server, PROBLEM SOLVED!

I had the bug “character already in a game” yesterday evening (Paris time), and then this morning I had the possiblity to play 5 jours and then, I have the bug again 20 minutes ago.

So now My characters are blocked by this bug again…

Same. Wasn’t distracted though. Game froze, said connection interrupted after about 5 seconds, booted me to main screen . Trying to join now causes error.

Have anyone tried to connect to internet via Old ISND or an modem, maybe todays fast internet connections are too fast for Diablo 2 servers. We quit game with fast internet connection and the connection is so fast that old game doesnt recognize that you have quit the game and there for your character is always seeing to be in the game servers…
Just trying to humour myself here sorry for that. But would we SUPER COOL if someone form Blizzard would even comment this problem, that is clearly a bigger problem currently!!!

got almost level 70 and same issue no way to fix anything but can play hardcore or offline really lame
