Don’t see anyone else reporting this experience right now and the queue’s gone
When I start D2R (PC, NA, tried EU and Asia as well) I get extremely low framerate on the title screen
After connecting, and waiting for queue while there still was one, it takes me to Offline Characters. If I click “Online” I get “Failed to Authenticate. Please try again.”
Been trying for about 4 hours now, problem has persisted longer than the queue. Have already Repaired installation from the Battle.net client.

It happens exactly the same to me every day. What I do is keep trying, either by clicking the Online tab or entering the game again when it closes with failure. Every day I manage to play after trying arround 20-50 times which is the most annoying thing. I just wanted you to know that you are not alone. I opened a lot of support tickets without any proposed solution. My brother however can enter the game and battle.net without problems from a different city nearby, we are arround Barcelona Spain.
