Good news, got a reply from PezRadar regarding the damage and AR% issue and he said the team knows. No idea what “JIRA” means though, anyone know?
Ah, seems it’s bug tracking software.

Nice work! Incredible.
Strafe is actually the most hardcore friendly attack in the game, but you HAVE to have good ias before it becomes useful. Using it in the early levels, where it fires tons of arrows, but at a slow firing speed, locks u to the floor for longer period of time. THAT is not hardcore friendly. I wrote a whole guide about it. Once you get a lot of ias and either kb or chance to hit fears mob (or both), it is arguably the safest hc build in the game. Try silence, face of horror, & rattlecage together. It’s broken. Not great damage, but hell has nothing on u, even in early stages.
They aware of the damage too? What platform did you get a reply on, and to what question, exactly?

@PezRadar Hey Pez, in D2R it seems there’s been some discoveries regarding Strafe the last few days, despite what the 2.4 patch notes say the 3/4 damage penalty still applies and the Attack Rating% is bugged not to work. Could we get that fixed so Strafe can be rocking at 100%?

He didn’t specify which but presumably he was talking about both I’d hope.

They only own the ip, its actual creator/developer is long gone. All we have left is a top heavy corporation with puppet masters.

If you go the the bug subforum, there’s plenty of messages that have 0 replies. My bet is many of these bugs will remains.
Devs are just hired hands and learn as they go. Anyone could do their job!
