I see everyone having issues with battlenet ques and failing to join games, but I can’t even create a game in single player offline mode, nor are all my characters there. Anyone else unable to play single player?

Chances are, your shared stash file is corrupted. Deleting it should allow you to enter an offline game.
Just do what I did and uninstall this lump of trash. This has been one of the worst game roll out’s since EverQuest Shadows of Suckland expansion went live.

If Blizz would stop half-assing everything, D2R may have been a decent game. Contrary to Blizz’s motto, this game was released long before it was close to ready.\
Blizz/Activision: Please stop trying to pad your bank accounts for the pending lawsuits by releasing games before they are anywhere close to ready.
