Seems Blizzard are not going to fix this at all.
I don’t see any patches or future patches in this direction.

As Werebear main i can say right now with the current changes in 2.4 WB is stronger in the beginning with budget gear… but once you hit end game gear its weaker than before! I really want to start as WB this ladder but compered to the rest melee classes the grind with it will be way to slow to be effective grinder… maybe its going to be good uber killer but thats all!
No, it’s not a good uber killer. It’s a slooow uber killer.
As hardcore player… I dont care soo much about ubers clear speed than survability ^^

But all in all werebears got shafted… Before you would wear a fortitude for the +300%ED and the frozen armor proc. Now you rely more on treachery for the IAS. So the added ED to Maul/Bear gets kinda nullified.
All in all they are the same as before just slower and with uninterruptable Maul, not worth the trade if you ask me…
