Hi Blizzard Support,
after searching and not finding a similar torpic i thought you should be made aware of this problem we isolated im the Bug Report forum.
Players with an RTX 5000 series card get an almost completely dark screen when they activate DLSS in D2R video options. This issue exists since the series came out and has not been resolved by several driver updates so it might be a problem with D2R not correctly communicating with the RTX 5000 DLSS engine.
Please investigate further.

or might be the problem with RTX 5k being terrible terrible cards in general…
i mean their efficiency looks excelent on paper… yet there are two sides of the medal here…
and the other one is not so shiny… 5k series cards are practically very expensive pieces of garbage. not only they have a pelthora of usage problems but also are very prone to become damaged in multiple ways, caps overheat and die, power sockets melt due to overheating ( because plastic used can’t withstand such temps due to amp flow) etc.and DLSS not working in those cards is more broad problem not only tied to D2R, as I’ve read in multiple comments under certain article…

I tested with ASUS RTX5090, 5080
GIGABYTE RTX5090, RTX5080
MANLI RTX5090, RTX5070TI and they are all the same.
Nvidia continues to update drivers.
The symptoms are the same even when tested by driver version.
I would also like to ask Blizzard to check if it is a compatibility issue.
It’s not compatibility man… it’s simply Nvidia is Slacking off it’s either a driver or RTX 5xxx hardware issue. i assure you RTX 4xxx cards are doing just fine with DLSS it’s just the RTX 5xxx that fail in this regard… and as I’ve said D2R is not the only game DLSS fails for RTX 5xxx…
this is a much broader issue that Nvidia has to solve…
