Before upgrading to the new update I saw that some items that were previously in my stash have disappeared. One of those items was my second Ber rune that I painstakingly farmed in offline SSF. I have seen that this issue was first reported on release and to this day it was still not addressed and there is also no ingame support for item or character restoration whatsoever. What’s going on?
I was happy that I was quite close to getting an enigma for my next character but now all motivation to play has faded.
This is unrelated to the stash topics concerning the conversion to the new update.
Hi, im not sure if it will help you, your issue aint detailed but :
Do you know items in shared stash do not follow chars transfer to new patch? To do so, you have to manually transfer your shared stash in personnal stash or inventory.
If you transfered all your champs, just create new ones.
Again it is not clear what is your issue exactly, but if you only lost a few items while transfer… they will be gone forever… Blizzard never do a thing about that.
Before assuming there gone, just create new char in expansion legacy mode to access previous version of your stash, hope your Ber will be waiting for you there!
Perhaps describe a bit more what you did, when you lost it and what you tried to find it..
