either that or if devs think it’s too much work just slap some hefty flat +damage ( to both min and max dmg) as an runeword affix to all melee runewords and be done with it… boosting all melee weapon damage requires being carefull and a lot of precision or internal playtesting to get it right… so that pvp player don’t come and whine whine “hur dur melee op in pvp now, casters can’t compete”, i’d rather avoid that, so let’s just stick to boosting melee oriented runewords, usually pvpers use erep 450%ED or eth zoded 450ED ones, those are at a cost of a 5 year old used car, and yet ppl seem to play with such weapons, so why not ruin the market for RMTers by updating the most common type of melee weapons used, a.k.a the runewords, in order just to be viable, and guarantee that your high runes don’t go to waste, when making a runeword
