I own a D2 LoD classic account for >20 years now and i keep it permanently alive (join games with all characters every <90d) for not leting them get expired. Until around 1.5month all 8 characters has been there and everything has been fine but since ~4 weeks 2 characters simply dissapeared. It’s not possible that they’ve been “expired” and deleted or manually deleted due to the fact that i’m taking care as said for >20years.
I’ve already tried the suggested steps of the help-article 000019249 (can’t post the link) but no luck so far - they’re still not there…the other 6 Chars are still there, valid and visible.
The GMs in the “Battlenet Kundensupport” can’t help any further as they told me due to missing permissions to check account/database/logfiles and stuff…they suggested me to post the problem over here to get qualified targeted help from people with the neccessary permissions.
