I play all my sorcs with ES max+ Telekinese Max .
Life 1xxx mana nearly 4000. With Cta.
Res middle. - light res is sh itt but it works.
Mana reg is crazy with insight merc and 1 point in mana reg skill. Over 1000 percent. Prayer/insight merc and you are hard to kill ( pvm). You survive even soul hits and a few seconds later mana is full again.

Frostnova Sorc
Lightning nova infinity weapon Sorc.
And some other builds.
ES is the King.
With Enigma even life on kill + prayer Aura.
So high life regeneration and insane mana regeneration. With 95 percent dmg absorb,
Res are not soooooo important anymore. But dont try without Res. When ES is away because of Souls , you are happy when you survive the next soul hit until you are safe.
Cant play Sorc without ES.
