Connection issues continues with no help from Blizzard

Editing to say this is still an issue but no reason to keep it active when no solution is given.

I experienced an issue of this type and have to wait an entire year just to play D2R on my own Nintendo account because of the connection cooldown :frowning:
Hopefully customer support improves in the future.

I have the exact same problem.

Every 30 sec to 5 min I keep getting kicked out of game be cause the “connection has been interrupted” on ps5
My wifi connection is great and haven’t lost connection with any other device in the house
