Huge huge disappointment, Blizzard. Like someone here said I will never buy any of your products. You managed to ruin one of the best games of all time. Not surprised, though. The real diablo devs left your company long time ago. You guys couldn’t even remaster their work.

wow, just wow. It is pretty disapointing to finally be able to dedicate some time to play in a game that I really do like, and then don´t be able to because I´m stuck in queue that doesn´t seem to move. On one hand I understand how challenging it can be to fix technicall issues in a live environment, where every minute you need in order to deliver is a minute too late. On the other I´ve paid full price for this game and all of its marketed features and it really is not acceptable. Well what else can I do than wait or do something else. But I agree, I probably wont spend money on blizzard games again in the future. It just doesn´t make sense anymore. In the little free time that I can spend on things where I dont have to take my family or work in consideration, it just is not worth it to spend it on things where I have to wait or worry.

Yeah glitch here that should have been fixed…ancients and baal bug works still was in hell at lvl 2 not that I’m complaining about that but like really 20 years later it works wow…
This was hard to F up and still they managed to do so … original D2 worked perfectly for many many years without this type of BS and their first month of remake, everything that was not already there (aka the original code), seems completely broken

The worst part is that there is no global que. Apparently it’s on a server by server basis, not region by region. So it’s actually faster to leave que and restart until you get a lower que server. I’ve tested it with my fiance. I qued first and got spot #150. She qued second and got spot #50. Eventually she got in and I was still in spot #70. Such a broken system.

I doubt that. I think jus society as a whole got people lazy using covid as an excuse for everything

This is has nothing to do with devs. They simply need to spin up more server instances. It’s not like they need server meshing or anything complicated like that. If they can’t host it on their own farms, use AWS, Azure, GCP, whatever. This is cheap BS.
I can confirm the fact that this problem has not been fixed yet.
Unpopular hours seems decent with a queue of <20. Weekends makes the game just unplayable (crush + queue combo is 100% turn off).
This problem should be fixed asap.
Same issue, waiting “in queue” forever to connect to battlenet. I absolutely hate that tcp/ip lan multiplayer was removed. I would play completely offline if that was an option since I really just play with my wife so connecting to the battlenet servers is a complete waste of resources for me.

This is what blizzard has become, either they make a completely wrecked game (e.g. Warcraft 3 remake) or they find another way to largely disappoint their fanbase. I wonder how many times I have to fall for this company again, I should just give up believing they can do anything good in this day and age and just play the old games from the time where the company had been one of the best producers.

How do I get my money back!? This is not a Beta Test and BattleNet has been around for more than a minute! This is CRAP, I am 135 in queue and have been for 1/2 hr!
