bonjour , je viens de revenir sur mon compte battle net et j’ai acheter diablo 2 , mon jeux indique compte verrouiller …j’ai désinstaller le jeux , redémarrer routeur etc mais rien ne fonctionne? j’ai demander de l’aide et j’ai eu une reponce automatique qui ne mène a rien que faire svp
did you cheat and/or bot? cause it sounds like you cheated and/or botted 
in that case you pretty much have to buy the game again on a fresh bnet account and be legit from now on.
if thats not the case then you need to deal with support and that never goes well as youve seen already.

*theres another post about “account locked” on this same page and it happens to them when they switch from eu to us or vice versa. seems to be a thing.
