after all the server issues and rollbacks last night i got half way through act 3 with a buddy and logged off with a lvl 20 ice sorc last night, after three game launches this morning i can safely confirm all of my progress was for nothing as my character has been totally deleted. how is this even possible, did you roll back everything to pre-launch and just expect people to start over on day two of the game? anyone else on here just totally lose everything overnight?

Servers are having issues. This includes not being able to currently access your characters. They’re probably still there, just not showing up for the moment.
There are many, many, many threads about it already.
They’re not deleted.
Looks like there is server issues, so your client are not getting the list of characters.
Try again a little bit later, and your characters should be back.
Same thing happened to me. I played for eight hours last night and had a lvl15 soc online char before I went to bed. Log on this morning, the char is gone…
Nvm… So I restarted the game three times, third time char comes back
