On October 5th , 2025, at approximately 01:25 PM CET, I was online with my Hardcore Ladder character “ConC_PalD” on my Battle.net account: Daniojo#2827, participating in a CSTZRun.
During the session, I pressed ESC, then selected “Save and Exit” to leave the game properly. At the moment, i tried to log into a new game , but the message showed that i still was in game .
Unfortunately i cannot log into other games as following the message says “failed to join game”
However, my other chars (HCLADDER) still work. My Char "ConC_PalD is not shown as dead or something
I believe this may have been caused by a server issue or synchronization bug.
Could you please inform me what i can do joining games again 
?
