Can't upgrade my exceptional set cham'd g-face to elite in 2.4

I put ko, lem, pdiamond, and the cham’d gface into the cube but it wont transmute/upgrade the exceptional set to elite set. thought this was supposed to work in 2.4 based on patch notes
