Can’t join friends due to connection not working? Or they are on another console? Or the games bugged?

Clarity helps.

Yep, died at lvl 96 last night and my GF couldn’t join my game to help me get body…it said game did not even exist. Then she made another game with same name as game I was in which caused 2 names with same name somehow. Blizzard what the hell is going on?

They split all regions into 2 different ips. You have to both restart the game and hope to get the same ip.

We were in the same office, same house, same internet, same region

Crazy… and apparently they don’t even know there’s an issue.

Theres two servers for each region. The cross server is not working. You can only connect to players thats are in the same server as you. Restarting the game will eventually land you in the other server.

I figure the more posts about it they see, the more likely they are to fix it because they are now aware there is an issue.
