Cant install D2 / Authenicator issues

Hi, Been haveing Authenicator issues for over 3 weeks now. Posted and nothing usefull from there.
I decided to uninstall the game and reinstall and heres the error. Wont allow me in install
says i have to repurchase the game. My blizzard account says its installed there and active.

I now cant install the game at all. please help.

Sounds like you are logging into Bnet on the wrong email.
