The PC queues totally break the connection of consoles or what?
I cannot connect to Bnet on Switch anymore.
What is happening? I would love some transparency from Blizzard explaining what is happening with the servers for a game service that I actually paid for.

I believe the reason is that consoles can’t handle the queue, as it’s not patched to handle it. You have to be extremely lucky to try to connect at the right time to sneak in. With the queues at the moment, that won’t happen. It’s totally unacceptable for Blizzard to do this. It essentially locks us out of a game we paid just as much for as any PC player.
To top it of, we can’t voice our complaints in the general forums, since owning the console version does not register as having bought it.
I guess we are second-rate customers to them in all respects, which is very disappointing to say the least.

My character disappeared last night when I was finally able to log on. When I tried to make a new character, I had difficulty connecting to the server, but when I finally could, I couldn’t use the same name as my missing character. When I made my new character, it started off at level 4 and had the same gear on as my missing character when it last died. This morning my new character is missing. Very frustrating.

Blizzard plz make us understand why put the game out if it wasn’t completely tested. This is not only frustrating it’s also a smack in the face. I paid beforehand and it’s not fair to the users. You need to fix problems and give us free sets or high runes for users having to go through this unbelievable service

Same Heer. Can’t start the game in the last 12 hours on switch because somehow offline play requires online battle net servers to login first and are not available since 5am cet.
