Please be aware that integrated GPUs are not recommended for Diablo II: Resurrected and are not on the supported list. This means it is likely you will encounter issues while playing.
Diablo II: resurrected requirements are for Dedicated Desktop GPUs and higher end dedicated mobile GPUs. Some versions of your laptop appear to have a dedicated mobile nvidia GPU but I did not see one in the dxdiag report here.
The best advice we can offer is to make sure you have the latest official intel driver for the GPU from the intel website. Consider upgrading to Windows 10/11 which has newer drivers. (Windows 7 drivers were last updated in Feb of 2021, Windows 10/11 drivers last updated in May. )
Disable any other software not needed for Windows, the internet and the game client to function.
If that does not address the issue then the only other thing we can recommend would be to look into a potential upgrade or replacement for the system. Even if you do manage to get the game functional, any changes to the game, system or drivers may cause the game to stop working.
