well… a tech comapny not having shift work for technical maintenence make me wonder… are we dealign with some indie company who has its first release? or is it a company who has had ALOT of releases and should be knowing stuff can go bad during a release… “no ppl in office” is not a defence its actually a sign of a bad company policy towards their customers. but i guess that fits right with blizzard since their employe managment seems to be on same level.

Since 8 hours ago I can’t play softcore in any region (americas, europe, asia). Trying to create/join games with my existing characters I get error messages as below:
“Failed to Enter Game. This character is already in a game on the server. Please try again later.”.
“An issue occurred while communicating with the game servers. Please check that you are connected to the internet and try again.”

If I try to create a new softcore hero and create/join game, it says: “Error creating game” or “Join failed”.
Strangely, hardcore hero can be played.

May I know how much longer I need to wait for my heroes to be “unlocked”?
