I just purchased D2:R yesterday. When I load the game it queries for the server, gives me a queue of 1 and says estimated 2 minutes to join a game; then it disappears and goes straight to the character screen, offline mode.
Whenever I attempt to click the “Online” button, it gives me a “Cannot connect to server” error.
I have the latest version (1.2.69807)
I have scan and repaired
I have reset my router and restarted computer
I have released my IP, renewed, and flushed my DNS per other posts
I am showing Online on my Battle.net launcher; where I am launching the game through.
i also try to log from maybe 2 to 3 month i`m not playing and my game shut down always man blizzard is really the same of the titanic both touch the bottom
YA i can no longer connect either just happened for me about an hour ago my connection is fine but their servers must be slugging atm. I am doing a scan to make sure no files are corrupted but its probably just server instability of some kind
EDIT: so i finally was able to connect so it looks like it was just a temporary hiccup
