Can’t login my main character

For some reason I can’t login to my main character, I have a fully deck out barb character with touch and Annihilus that I can’t use. Please note I can play other characters. When I try to login the screen goes black. Help

Howdy!

You may need to troubleshoot the local cache. I would recommend the following steps:

  • Turn off the console, unplug it from the wall.

  • Power cycle the home network connection while the console is off following the steps Here.

  • Once the network is back online, plug back in the console and retest the game.

It failed and didn’t work, I can use other characters but not the main
