As title states, I can open game on ps5 no issues, can load and play any offline characters as well as any old online characters. However my new Warlock (level 55 so I’ve put some time and effort in) can’t load into a game. I can’t make a private game or join a public game. I select the character, select Nightmare difficulty, game says ‘creating game’ then goes to black screen, music continues playing but no game loads. I’ve tried on multiple consoles (ps4 pro and ps5, issue persists across both platforms). I’ve attempted uninstalling and reinstalling the game but no luck. Please help.

Having the same issue on Switch and PC. “Failed to create game” or “Failed to join game” error messages for RotW characters on Switch, and on PC I can’t even begin to create a game. I tried reinstalling, restarted my router, no luck
I was playing Diablo II: Resurrected – Reign of the Warlock without any issues on Xbox. However, after creating my 26th character, I am no longer able to enter a new game with characters related to the Reign of the Warlock DLC.
My original Resurrected characters are still playable without any problems. However, any characters that were either transferred to the Reign of the Warlock DLC or newly created under the DLC cannot enter a new game.
