ya but jsp really isn’t that bad. it’s better than in game trading… someone tried to offer me um + gul for a Lo rune and i took pity on them and just gave them the Lo.
like i entered the game, Need Lo. even if he gave me ALL THE CRAP. he showed me, it’s still not even worth Lo, and a bunch of it was straight garbage… joining games, looking at peoples trash, and leaving, is more common than actually trading. you can’t tell me you think in game trading is efficient.

Don’t get me wrong, the jsp trading system is fantastic. If they reset their forum gold every ladder so you couldn’t use previously accumulated wealth you’ve collected, and stopped selling it, it would be the perfect trading system. But without those changes, it’s flagrant cheating.
ya well nothing is perfect in this world. i just avoid people who have way too much fg. the way i see it is that they don’t really need anyones help anymore, they have more than enough.
Well the idea that jsp creates an uneven playing field takes away from the fun of the game. Knowing we all truly aren’t starting with a fresh economy. Doesn’t kill the game for me, but it certainly doesn’t benefit it. I’d like to see jsp gone, or changed so it’s not cheating.
still those people with big “big bank accounts” on ladder reset still have to wait for us actual players to find the stuff… and then sell it to them. so often times they aren’t even the first ones with good loot, second or third really… and then they usually die because they are trash players. so… meh.
so jsp doesn’t bother me at all, the first 2-3 weeks of ladder is still - the best players at the top. the best gear is usually also, the top players who have played the most… i dunno, i don’t think jsp matters, and just makes trading easier.
it’s unfortunate people can P2W and have FG carried over but it is what it is, crying about it constantly on this forum is not changing a damn thing and … you kind of look foolish every time you mention it. imo.

No I don’t think we should shut down the internet. I do think those despicable people should be held accountable for their actions.
Just like I don’t think d2jsp should be shut down, but I do think sites that RMT items or currency to buy items should be held accountable for their actions.
If d2jsp is such a great place full of stand up people, it would continue to be a great community with the RMT removed from it.

i was going to go with the “money” example… but… i guess that also proves the point XD, another good one is knifes. i can’t imagine trying to cook or do almost anything in the kitchen without them. almost any “tool” can be used for many good at bad things… its an extreme rarity that something can only be used for bad or for good.

Once a cheater, always. I support ip bans and hardware bans. Make it so expensive for the cheater that they won’t ever cheat again! Then again, it might give the thrill some addicts are looking for. Take their job too!
