Battlenet Diablo 2 license issue

I’m trying to login to battlenet Diablo 2 resurrected and It gives me the following message:

[You have not been online in the last 30 days. Please start the game while online to check for any license agreements]

and i did that. I Clicked on all the license agreement things and it does not work
