Dang, D2 is a very old game. 20 years later, you still have issues with Baal?
I didnt beat D2 20 years ago for some noob reasons becoz of lack of resources. I just played this new D2R game right now and I have beaten it… all Normal… all Nightmare and all Hell… AND ALL ON SOLO.
I understand why people on multiplayer are not doing Baal runs that much. There are no bots anymore to carry you. Many people you see on Baal runs are leeches or parasites that need to be carried. Sorry, there’s not much people who wants to carry people. Guys who can carry people usually dont do Baal runs as there are plenty of other places where they could get better loots.
If I were you, play other places not Baal. Why not challenge yourself? Beat it on Solo.
But to me Baal Hell is easy.
The first time is challenging. But every new attempt it gets easier and easier until it becomes a faceroll. On my 3rd attempt, it was already a faceroll.
the problem with setting up baalwalk games is that many weakies will join the game insisting on a rush. you cant shame them into fighting. another problem is if you get 7 cold sorks and the AI loads up on cold immunes. imho baalwalking is fun but you cant just do it with random folks.
This is not fixed. Bots were widely used for Baal and Pindle runs in LoD in it’s prime early years. Just to add, other third party applications were also easily accessible to the public such as Pickit.
Dude fails to realize, its his fault. Nother more, nothing less. Yes, its more blizzard’s at fault for the reason. But, it seems like you’re already aware that the game has issues. Not getting when you want it at the moment you want it is the argument here.

Not sure if you will ever read this far down. I play on PC exclusively and when I left click a room name it shows me how long the room has been active on the right. If this is available to you just join the rooms that have a low time. Usually 5 mins + the run is already over.

I don’t understand: D Why do you cut the tentacles when you can walk past them, xp doesn’t give much object to anything … meaningless 
To simplify things for my Merc which has a bad a.i. Dont want her to waste her time on those, so I helped her clear it. Her Cold Damage has always been annoying to Baal since Normal.
I usually get comments on why I used a Rogue instead of Polearm Merc. Becoz that’s how I want it. Like how I raised a Hammerdin not a Sorcerer as my first toon. And also did it all on Solo instead of being carried in Multiplayer.

agreed, almost any type of run has been ruined by this moronic game lock out system… truly ruining the game
