Okey i fix it, Just restart PC and for now everything works
So 17hrs later and still no fix? wow…
How? Tried this way yesterday and ut not works, still Just launcher reload.
Before a i have black flashing with the inability to get to the menu.
I heard a menu sound and my clicking in menu but - black screen.
I try just restart PC and now is everything ok.
It seems that those of us who have been able to play have lost progress due to the current server maintenance. It’s getting hard to believe that they know what they’re doing. I’ll give them another chance in a few hours, then I’ll either be happy or officially seriously disappointed …

I’m just so disappointed. I preordered this game a long time ago and played in all the tests. Launch day comes after I slogged through a workweek with nothing else to look forward to but playing D2R. My buddies come over. They are all playing. I can’t. And my mood is bringing theirs down, understandably, because I can’t play, so all I do is sit here, seething over the fact that Blizzard has become so remarkably incompetent over the years.
I try to be positive, but Blizzard has been on thin ice with me for years now, and this was their chance for a redeeming win. They got yet another big, fat L. And I’m done with putting up with less-than-exceptional quality from a company that was originally built to exceed the exceptional. This should’ve been an easy product to make. They had the underlying game. All they had to do was give it a coat of paint, upgrade the Bnet servers and launch. Somehow they can’t even do that properly.
You have until tomorrow afternoon to give us something concrete about a fix, and if it’s not deployed before the evening, you’ve lost me forever as a customer of D2R and any subsequent Blizzard products.
Time to them is 2am prepare for another 10h waiting for the new patch in morning

I recommend partitioning your hard drive for Dual Boot though as windows 10 sucks and only good for running programs that require win10
If a portion of your customer base was unable to use the product you sold them, you would expect a fix asap.
Sounds like it wasn’t just a simple “oops, we accidently turned AVX on when it was off for the alpha/beta, etc”
How many hours now? 17hrs? Basically very minimal to no updates from them?
The incompetence is outstanding.
But don’t worry, us small fry don’t matter. We’re left on the side lines as they have bigger problems to fix.
Don’t hype up your game & launch time if you can’t probably support the launch itself.
Well, the important work is done now, they have your money. Time to take the foot off the gas.

I have the same Problem… clicking " Play " button and its not working.
Clicking Play - Launching - and back to play.
If this wont work in the next 12 Hours i will get a refund. Its just sad what has become of you Blizzard.
Yesterday, they were saying they are working on it and try to fix it asap. This was more than 12 hours go. Nothing happened since
Now imagine me taking out a day from work just to have the time to play because I won’t be able to play next week. A refound would be nice only if Blizzard would be able to refound my time. I’m really dissapointed.
