This isnāt our problem mate, you are talking about another issue. We canāt even start the game. Seems to be AVX.
My issue was literally the error screen immediately after a black screen pops up, i honestly hope this helped at least someone. It just sucks I cant have sound or run discordā¦
But these are perhaps just a guess with the streamers, because current CPUs can also be affected by this lack of AVX support and thus also hit hip streamers.
Yes you have completely different scenario than ours xD
This tread is for people who get nothing after hitting the play button. If you are getting a black screen,error msg or anything that is a different issue and there is a different thread for that

its not my router and i know i dont have the same issue but i dont know how else to get help and blizzard , ugh im so angry at blizzard right now
T-minus 1 more hour til i get a refund, why the heck did you have an open beta just to have all these issues anyway! This isnt even a new game its a reboot! Should be ashamed that you give us paying customers no ETA or status updates??? Been a customer for 20 years and im done after waiting 11 hours for an over priced reboot. Pathetic.
Go grab HWiNFO64, run it, and look for the āfeaturesā category and the little AVX. If greyed out, then you are hosed until Blizzard Developers change the AVX support requirement from true to false.
everyone else is playing fine.

Amen! Finally someone that speaks out! Itās NOT all about the ladder thing. This was āāfor me and many moreāā THE ladder. Blizzard prevented a majority to have the oppotunity of wealth which is major in every early games. Rollbacking people to scratch would, despite how much time those lucky ones have spent today playing, make it fair and reasonable for every parties.
And for those who keep saying bruuh itās not ladder. I will just ignore you cause you donāt seem to see whatās really going on right now. Remember that YOUR feelings do not reflect otherās and vice versa.
I have a brand new top of the line laptop and keep getting dropped too. Pretty sure this is a server issue
JUST THINK, this game about to be released on the other side of the world. They are gonna be pissed
