calling it again, todays update “we keep testing it, will have another update on Fri”
fri update: “We dont wanna break avx pc’s, so we are hard testing it, next update on monday”
repeat until 2022 ladder release.
Refund dosnt work, blizzard keep the money anyways, who wants blizzard balance, people want their money back, back to THEM, not to lub balance.
we need to find another way to make refunds

So,tomorrow will be the big day of truth.If they dont fix it with the tomorrow patch that would deffinatly mean they will never do so.So lets just hope for it.

Same exact issue here. My computer runs HOTS, SC2, and even the infamous War3 Reforged but not this game. Clearly my PC support dx12, but my CPU doesn’t support AVX because its old… Even though its a good CPU for the time and fast enough for my needs I guess I’m down and out now for this game. 
Here I am being punished for trying to get the hidden value out of old hardware.

I have another dell Inspiron computer I7-3770 3.4 Ghz, 16mb, GTX 1050GTI
Diablo had not problem starting up with this older computer.
But it doesn’t work on my i7-8700; 12mb 3.2 Ghz; GTX 1060.
Very strange. I would point out that I was able to delete the other built in video driver on the i7-3770, but I am only able to disable the built in video driver on the i7-8700. I am not sure if this is one of the problems.

Come on @support, its already start of new week, so you can tell us WHEN we should expect patch EXACTLY. 10 days of not able even to launch a game, really annoys! i belive testers made their job on weekend, now its time to announce a results!
