same issue, my cpu is i7 980x, had no problem with beta version or any other game from battle net app, but after D2R release, i cant even start the gameā¦
So I guess its safe to assume this will not be fixed today and maybe not even Monday? All my friends have already beat the game in normal and probably even NM and Hell by now, and I havenāt even been able to log in and see the gameā¦ thanks Blizzard.

Ryzen 5 2600x with rtx 3060 ti, just got this issue too, after i hit play button i got blue screen crash then my PC restartā¦
This seems like a differen Issue. We dont have any Blue ones (we have Black) and no Pc restart.

anyway you get google ālogGoblin blizzardā and can use this tool to create a zip in which a lot of info stands ā check out the log for D2R and post the Error here
@mods maby create a Sticky for the usage of LogGoblin to get more useful input from players ?
I just refunded. A big part of this is to be able to play, have fun and be hyped with friends and everybody else. Not be able to launch a game and no real ETA besides maybe Monday is not okey.

Iām pretty confident they can fix this problem. It worked during the beta. What Iām not confident about is that itāll be fixed by Monday.

this company is a shame, they canāt do a proper launch for a 20 year old game
And that is counting on the fact that on Monday they let us play, but and in the event that this never happens ā¦ because it is an option ā¦ it will be apotheosis. Do not buy anything else from this company, they bear the name of a super professional team that no longer exists, it is like putting the messi shirt on braitwaite and treating him the same ā¦ it is a lie of enormous proportions, only we can make these people leave to laugh at everyone, putting them aside in their next ājobsā if you can call them that ā¦

in regards to d2r.
on launch I had the play but never launches issue
i am currently on the patch version 1.0.65956
now the game launches but crashes right away and gives the following error core

I meet the minimum requirements
and have a i7 960 intel cpu
i would like to know if this issue will be resolved soon,

frustrated to the maximum and downloaded the classic devil from the official battlenet website and to my surprise when I go to install it and enter the key of my original CD, it turns out that it asks for 26 characters and my original CD from the year 2000 only has 16 ā¦ WTF does anyone know why? XD
You need to register your key to your battle.net account on their website; which then gives you a new 26-character key.
