There is no such thing as entitledness after 24 hours of said product not functioning while being a paying customer. I waited 16 hours before even posting on here for the first time. I’ll take my money back to if they make me wait over the weekend.

Actually a lot of us have non AVX CPUs that outperform new processors. Mines watercooled and overclocked to 4GHz.
And judging by this thread, there are thousands that are affected by the issue. It should be top priority to be able to launch a game that you paid for. Server issues will always exist.

I mean, sure, alright, but at least I’m not whining and crying about something that’s out of the realm of my control and is currently being worked on. You have two options, with everything in life, 1) Get over it and be patient, or 2) scream into a pillow/forum.

I managed to get myself a few hours of spare time to play last night and tonight. I was super excitet. I am a D2 fan from the first hour, played over and over again for the last 21 years. I am so angry about this waste of time.
This change compared to beta has a terrible smell. I can stick to the old graphics - there are fantastic mods out there.

I know I should have known better with Blizzard’s release history to expect for them to have a decent release. I just had my hopes up with Vicarius being the ones to actually work on the game and it being a 20 year old game with some new graphics. I also thought that since they are in so much hot water with their work place environment being exposed that they would make sure that this release would go smoothly. I just have to realize that this is not the Blizzard that made those great games so long ago that actually cared about their games. Now they are just another company that only cares about money. They don’t even care about their own employees, let alone their customers or product.

Then get a refund if you’re that concerned and buy it when they’ve fixed the issue. And have you read the release terms? Actually read them? You find me the section where it says that the launch must go perfectly or everyone gets their money back immediately. I’m waiting for this to be fixed too, so I’ll be here all day. I took off work as well. I’m in the same boat. But I’m not gonna let something like this break my faith in the product that I love.

You would think, but that’s how this goes. I’ve been dealing with Blizzard’s dumb antics since 2008. It happens. Remember when D3 launched? That was waaaaaay worse than this, imo.

Same issue here… Played Beta just fine and now bam, won’t even launch. Figured ok it’ll work tomorrow. Imagine my dispointment when its still not fixed today after sleeping 6 hours and working 10.
