Thanks for the info so far. Keep the posts of files coming. We’re going to check them for commonalities. Keep in mind that numerous players are able to get online without issues, so if you haven’t yet, try the steps in my first post. If you have however, just get us a copy of that dxdiag and we’ll see if we can figure out why it’s happening for those of you who are still having issues after troubleshooting is completed.
