AVX Issues / Game Launches, then Crashes on Older Processors (CPU)

Mine didn’t work. The symptom as following remains
Launch → 2 BLZ animations → cursor with black screan → crash
CPU 4790k (AVX/AVX2 supported)

Anyone with that issue got fixed?
