We are past the stage of expecting something concrete. Think they sold the game on pre-sale giving cosmetic items to D3 and whoever made the refund lost it. His frustration and anger at the release made some refund the game that doesn’t work and he lost his freebie in D3 and when he fixes he will buy again for the same price even 20 years from now but he lost.
