AVX Issues / Game Launches, then Crashes on Older Processors (CPU)

My PC is far beyond minimum requirements and it still sais:
“the application encountered an unexpected error”
Of course this is after the patch… before that it was the same “hitting play-> goes to lunching/playing game → then back to blue play button” witohut anything even happening.

Also if Irun it in Win8 compatibility mode, it asks me to check if my PC meets the minimum requirement. So please tell me which part of this is not hitting the minimums???
