Nah not really as long as jsp exists it’s almost as bad as d2r suddenly having the same ingame shop as Immortal.

Im a 2005 D2JSP member and i rarely log into anymore now. I look at high rune prices every couple of days just to see whats going on now. I dont find anything anymore worth posting about on their forums…

Hear Hear! D2R magic find has been great with the new skill updates. My friend and I have found 2 Ber’s and a Lo so far this ladder season. Excited for what we’ll find next.

Interesting approach.
I help newbs, they often become friends, I give them decent stuff that I have no use for… that has always paid off… most recently a HoZ from one player, and a Gul from another.
The way i was using them is, You let them rip themselves off, You see, when they got enigma and they still dont know that their getting ripped off, i really dont care or think too much about it… The environment that has been created with this low drop rate does now allow me to “care” about how i get my items.
Its much harder to do now since the vast majority (like 90%+) of the people that bought this game done quit… Low population Low chance to get good items in trade.
Blizzard is just being savage at this point with the drop rates… These forums are pretty much screaming “JUST PAY MONEY FOR THE GEAR”
Really don’t want to go into the long story, but if giving all my good/unique Druid stuff (Jalal’s Mane, Aldur’s set-except boots etc…) to a newb, 'cause I gave up on the build… to receive a HoZ out of the blue as a thank you a few days later is hardly ripping off.
The Gul was for helping a guy get from act 1-5 in Hell, and he picked up the Gul along the way.
Whatever, you do you.
I’m trying to tell you there are better ways of getting decent items by being decent, and you want to assume I’m a jack-o-lantern.

As for me, not really lately. Familiarity, yes. Progress, no. Every upgrade for my build is now HRs for miniscule increases that aren’t even necessary, and the drops are somewhere else. Even XP bar barely changes after a play session. I’ve switched to Diablo Impact for now, just to try something new.
I dont know what you talking about lol, I have a fully geared auradin from self found runes and gear, shakos,occys,hrs etc etc etc just sitting on mules and I play this game like maybe an hour a day if at all,and I could make fully geared other players if I wanted too but dont really care.Drop rates are way higher than OG diablo2.Ive seen you other posts.I have no idea why your drop rates suck.Where are you farming and whats your MF?
That information is actually redundant. They nerfed pve for melee characters and they also lowered teh drop rate of items and runes…
There answer to fix the mess that they created was to increase monster density… I dont know how much more tilted towards another play style they can be, But its obvious they hate melee characters.
The drop rate was never this bad before on LOD and i could make my character in about 3 months on a new ladder. When this game released thats basically what this was, a fresh new ladder…
So they messed alot of stuff up and whole bunch of people have quit the game,
Increasing monster density slows me down EVEN MORE… NOW I HAVE TO KILL EVEN MORE MONSTERS AND ALL FOR NOTHING… THE RUNE DROPS ARE GARBAGE AND WAY TO LOW AND THE ELITE UNIQUES ARE ALMOST NON EXISTENT IN MY GAMES.
THATS BLIZZARDS FAULT AND NOT MINE…
When you’ve gotten to the same part of the game I’m at, where it’s literally HR or trash. It’s time to start another character and this way you’ll have a variety of ways to farm. That’s my solution.

Yes it is your fault cause the games the same as OG d2 except the drop rates are higher.Even though I think your a D-Bag Ill hook you up with a bunch of items so youll stop making these ridiculous posts
