It’s clearly unintended bug that never got fixed. On the old blizzard site arreat summit they indicated as such too.

I think it’s pretty likely that they’re not going to be doing any gameplay fixes until after they are done with the current server nightmare.
While your point is entirely valid, it’s not the best time to ask for a fix.
If you mean the casting rate issue where you can only cast as fast as the vampire transformation’s animation will allow, don’t hold your breath.
People seem to be forgetting that this is just a re-release with pretty new sprites and backgrounds, NOT a new game. The full-Trang cast rate issue has been that way for 20+ years, they’re in no hurry to do anything about it.
full trang = full summoner. always has been always will be. you dont need to spam CE after all.

I see full trang as a freaking lich - master necromancer, of course, but also a sorcerer shooting fireballs and calling down meteors. Liiiiiiiich.
