  1. Performance issues are not fixed with balance changes. Changing the animation is something I already met you halfway on.
  2. Any build should be playable? LOL Are you new to D2? There are plenty of builds that are not. Unless you mean making the 50% baseline on all assassin weapons. I’d be a fan of that change.
  3. Again, its the S-tier build… in a game with tiers of builds. Don’t like it? Don’t use it. I love using this argument against people who would likely use it against me for the things I’d like to see changed.
