As Inknow the new Impale could slow the target a lot. However, I found the “slow” effect may not occurred on every hit.
First hit I could see the boss has been greatly slowed. Once boss recovered, it seems the next hit will not trigger the slow effect.
Is anybody feel the same as I did?
