All Characters Deleted

I bought the game today on the PC. Installed it and connected to my Playstation account at Blizzard. Now all my characters on the Ps5 are gone and none on the PC either.

Ich habe mir heute das Spiel auf dem PC gekauft. Hab es installiert und mich mit meinem Playstation Account bei Blizzard verbunden. Jetzt sind alle meine Charakter auf der Ps5 weg und auch keine auf dem PC.

Hey folks, To provide some clarification here: In order for you to have been able to create online characters in Diablo 2: Resurrected, your console account must have already been connected to a Blizzard account. If you weren’t already connected, you wouldn’t be able to sign in to play. If you link your console account to a new/different Blizzard account, you’ll receive the progression associated with that newly connected Blizzard account. And maybe do a search on the forum for “linked account characters”, there are a lot of topics with this problem. And don’t expect anyone from Blizzard help you.
