Again... Because, it seems like Blizzard doesn't know: "Failed to enter game, this character is already in a game on the server."

Update from Customer Support

[Main Thread] - Can not create or join games - "character is already in a game"

Updates for everybody,

The process we’re using to un stick characters is still running, but it’s gotten through a really big chunk of players. If your character is stuck online and it’s preventing you from playing games at this point, just try logging in again every 15-30 minutes. It should eventually let you in.

Again, we’re aware it’s not completely fixed for everybody just yet but I wanted to let you all know that it’s recovering and if you keep retesting periodically, you should eventually get in. I’ll let you know once we hear more.

Either way, we really appreciate everybody working with us over the last two days on this issue. Once you folks get back in, I sincerely hope you enjoy the game!
