I hit Karshi(?) in act 1 twice by accident, hired a merc and deleted my fully geared act 2 merc…hell difficulty…nothing can be done?
Any gear equipped on your current mercenary will be forever lost if you hire another mercenary.
(PC only) If you are playing offline local single player and happen to have a backup of your character data files, the default local character save location is:
C:\Users\username\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected\
